If you’ve been leaving Comments

I’m not ignoring you!

This Blogger program has been giving me fits again and at the moment will not allow me to answer any of your comments. I can post articles and post your comments, just can’t answer them.

It is not the first time I’ve had problems with Blogger and this is going to be one of the last as I’m exploring the “WordPress” format to replace it including a dot/com website for more control, permanence and I’d like to add a ‘forum’ to receive more participation and interaction between all readers of sharing your ideas and thoughts.

Then again, I might be jumping from the frying pan into the fire! We’ll see.

Log out of blogger. Log back in but do not check the "keep me signed in" box.

Hi Kris,
By habit I never leave myself logged in on any program. Don't know what is going on here so I switched to open posting (without review) and it is working so far.
Just be aware that I do have some anon people who have at times posted some insulting and foul comments that I would be able to review befoe allowing their garbage to be posted.

The other issue I have with open posting is I am not notified automatically so I can miss very old topic comments.

Anyway, thanks for your help and for stopping by!

China, good to hear from you bud!
Blogger is working since I change to non approved posting so I'll leave it this way for now.
But I am going to look at my own .com site because I want permanence so not at Bloggers decision to drop my blog because they or the gov doesn't like what my readers or I say.
I'm about to begin publishing a series of booklets on prepping basics and it will make a solid home base for us.

I have all the comments sent to my gmail account and I can click publish from there. I do the same with my posts. Most get sent from the gmail rather than getting onto the blogger page.

What If Today,
Thanks for the tip. It looks like switching to a drop down window that will allow posting is working for now. I plan on leaving it this way until I can make up my mind about changing to WordPress and my own .com web site. I have read a number of horror stories about switching to WordPress from Blogger, including an instructors comment at a class I recently took for publishing e-books.

Again thanks,
Mike
