Oxygen Absorbers:
For my convenience, I only buy and store/stock 500cc absorbers as it is a common size that can do everything I need without the added expense of stocking multiple absorber sizes. However, you can buy the size that suits your particular needs best.
Here’s how I generally use the 500cc size:
1-500cc oxygen absorber per pint canning jar.
1-500cc oxygen absorber per quart canning jar.
2-500cc oxygen absorber per gallon bag.
10-500cc oxygen absorbers in a 5 gallon bag/bucket.
